LED underground light is a special landscape light with the light source installed underground. It can be seen everywhere in urban lighting projects, and they are mostly used as guide lights on both sides of roads in parks or as indicator lights in parking lots. LED underground lights are different from LED wall washers, LED projection lights, LED point light sources and other LED lamps, so that the LED underground lights need to pay more attention to the preparation work when installing.
The lamp body of the LED underground lamp is made of high-purity aluminum alloy material, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed, cured at a constant temperature, and has strong adhesion. Generally have good waterproof and dustproof properties. Before proceeding with the installation work, preparations should be made from several aspects:
1. Before installing the LED underground light, the power supply must be cut off. This is the first step in the installation of all electrical equipment and the basis for safe operation.
2. Before installing the LED underground lamp, the various parts and components used in the lamp should be sorted out. LED underground light is a special landscape LED light that is buried underground. Once installed, it is very troublesome to install less parts and want to reinstall it. So it should be prepared before installation.
3. Before installing the LED underground lamp, you should first dig a hole according to the shape and size of the embedded part, and then fix the embedded part with concrete. The embedded part plays the role of isolating the main body of the LED underground lamp from the soil, and can ensure the service life of the LED underground lamp.
In addition, before installing the LED underground lamp, you should prepare an IP67 or IP68 wiring device to connect the external power input to the power cord of the lamp body. Moreover, the power cord of the LED underground lamp requires the use of a VDE-certified waterproof power cord to ensure the service life of the LED underground lamp.
