What are the installation methods of LED wall lamps?

1. Preparation
(1) Before installing the LED wall washer, you must first solder the tin bars and soldering irons required for the LED lamp beads on the aluminum substrate and prepare them for installation.

(2) First check the installation materials. If there are any problems, you can negotiate a refund or exchange. Finally, prepare the installation tool kit.

2. Inspection
In order to ensure the quality of the installation, check the soldered board again and test whether it can light up normally after powering on to avoid the situation where it does not light up after soldering and needs to be removed and reconnected.

3. If the lamp can light up normally, first apply heat dissipation silicone on the back of the aluminum substrate, and then put the board into the shell.

4. Welding
(1) Solder the power cord to the positive and negative poles of the aluminum substrate, tie the two ends with tape, and implement glue filling to ensure that it is firmly fixed.

(2) During the glue filling process, the overall surface should be evenly placed flat, and do not tilt or tilt, which will affect the installation effect.

5. If glue is used, remove the remaining glue in the afternoon of the same day, then remove the glass and plug the two ends of the wall washer.

6. Connect the installed wall washer, pay attention to the interface of the outlet, do not connect incorrectly, it is best to connect one by one, plug the male and female, and install according to the control manual.

7. When making the finished lamp, first power it on, then turn on the switch to test, check whether it is normally lit, if abnormal, retest and adjust.
